On May 6, 2025, Yongan Lotus Mountain Natural Fragrance Co., Ltd. successfully held its monthly employee safety training session at the company's third-floor conference room. The training was organized by Safety Director Chen Ruguang and led by Safety Officer Xu Dong, focusing on safety regulations and precautions for high-altitude work, confined space operations, and handling procedures in areas involving hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.
To ensure personnel safety and equipment integrity during production, this month’s training focused on high-risk operations commonly encountered in daily work. At the beginning of the session, Safety Officer Xu Dong clearly defined what constitutes high-altitude work and outlined the associated risks. He emphasized that a “High-Altitude Work Permit” must be obtained before starting any such operation, and stressed the importance of following strict safety protocols throughout the process. Additionally, he highlighted the requirement to follow the principle of "Ventilate first, test next, then work" in confined space operations, as well as the necessity of emergency equipment and continuous supervision.
In regard to the areas involving hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid — strong corrosive chemicals — Mr. Xu provided detailed instructions on protective measures, including selection of personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard identification, and emergency response strategies.
An interactive Q&A session was also included during the training, where employees actively participated in discussions, enhancing their understanding of safety practices and reinforcing awareness of personal protection.
In his closing remarks, Safety Director Chen Ruguang emphasized:
“Safety is never trivial; responsibility weighs heavier than a mountain. Every employee must cultivate the mindset of ‘I want safety,’ preventing accidents from the source. Especially in high-altitude operations, confined space work, and chemical-handling areas, we must strictly follow operating procedures and eliminate violations of commands and unsafe acts.”
He also stated that the company will continue to conduct various forms of safety training and drills to improve overall safety management standards, fostering a culture where everyone values and prioritizes safety.
This training not only enhanced employees’ safety awareness and technical capabilities but also laid a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable development.
