On February 24, Yong'an City Lotus Mountain Natural Fragrance Co., Ltd. convened an all-staff safety mobilization meeting themed "Post-Festival Resumption, Safety as the Foundation." With the core proposition that "Fragrance is an art, safety is its foundation," the meeting aimed to reawaken the safety awareness of all employees and ensure a smooth start to production work in the new year. Presided over by Company Safety Supervisor Chen Ruguang, who delivered specialized briefings, and attended by General Manager Chen Ruishi, who provided a concluding mobilization speech, the meeting set a rigorous yet warm tone for annual safety production.

I. Specialized Briefing: Making Safety Regulations as Precise as "Perfume Blending"
In the briefing session, Safety Supervisor Chen Ruguang moved away from a rigid, scripted approach. Instead, he creatively integrated safety regulations with the core processes of fragrance production. He stated, "Our natural vanillin is extracted from plants, and our natural wood vinegar oil is distilled from timber. The processes themselves represent the ultimate pursuit of precise temperature, pressure, and purity. Safety production is the same; every operation must be as precise and controllable as a perfumer mastering the top, middle, and base notes."
Regarding on-site safety production, Chen Ruguang emphasized the concept of "Olfactory Early Warning." He pointed out that natural raw materials possess specific volatility, and any abnormal odor could be an early signal of leakage or irregularity. He required all staff, especially those on extraction and distillation lines, to combine a "keen sense of smell" with "rigorous inspection rounds," forming a comprehensive perception defense covering "Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment."
For the management of hot work, he introduced the "Two As" principle: "As if standing on the edge of an abyss, as if treading on thin ice." Considering the potential flammability risks in fragrance production areas, he announced upgrades to the hot work permit and supervision process, the introduction of a "virtual fence" electronic monitoring system, and mandated a specialized "Risk Odor Identification" check before any hot work to ensure an absolutely safe working environment.
Concerning work at height, Chen Ruguang used the metaphor "Ascending to Extract, Cautious from Start to Finish." Relating it to practical scenarios like raw material tank inspections and high-level pipeline maintenance, he stressed the need to overcome any "post-holiday syndrome," strictly inspect personal protective equipment, and innovatively implement a "Visual Confirmation System for Safety Partners in Elevated Work," using mutual confirmation to eliminate any oversight.

II. Top-Level Direction: Safety as the Cornerstone of the Company's "Natural Symbiosis" Philosophy
In his concluding speech, General Manager Chen Ruishi elevated the importance of safety production to the level of the company's core philosophy. He expressed, "We are committed to extracting pure fragrance from nature, which is rooted in a reverence for life and the natural world. Safety is the most direct manifestation of this reverence on the production floor. It protects not just assets, but the health of every colleague, and is our commitment to harmonious coexistence with the natural environment."
He further elaborated, "The delicate scent of natural vanillin and the rich aroma of natural wood vinegar oil both stem from meticulous care for raw materials and processes. Our safety management must embody the same craftsmanship. The 'Olfactory Early Warning' and 'Two As Principle' proposed by Supervisor Chen are precisely about extending our professional olfactory skills from product quality control to life safety assurance. This is the unique safety culture of Lotus Mountain Fragrance—letting the awareness of safety, like fragrance, permeate every corner and become an instinctive part of everyone."
Chen Ruishi concluded by emphasizing that in the new year, while pursuing excellence in fragrance, the company would equally pursue excellence in safety management, making "Safety" that indispensable, though intangible, "base note" in the Lotus Mountain fragrance profile.

The meeting concluded with all staff solemnly signing a new version of the safety commitment letter. This mobilization meeting, in a manner highly characteristic of the enterprise, deeply ingrained safety awareness into the daily thinking and operational habits of employees, laying a solid foundation for high-quality development throughout the year.
