Through theoretical instruction and hands-on practice using mannequins, employees systematically mastered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the Heimlich maneuver, and emergency treatment for common injuries. Under the guidance of medical staff, participants repeatedly practiced chest compression rhythms and bandaging techniques, significantly improving their ability to provide life-saving assistance within the "golden four minutes."

　　Next, Director Zhang Ping of the Shangping Township Safety Office focused on the risks of working at heights, analyzing real-world accident cases to explain standard procedures, protective measures, and emergency responses for high-altitude operations.
