Safety is like breathing—silent yet vital; prevention is like weaving a net—only when tightly knit can it ensure security. To strengthen the safety production line and enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, Yong'an Lianhuashan Natural Fragrance Co., Ltd. organized a comprehensive safety training and emergency drill today, covering all staff. Conducted through an integrated model of "theory, warning, practice, and simulation," the event featured substantial content and diverse formats, laying a solid safety foundation for the company's high-quality development.

The event was honored by the presence of professional medical staff from the Yandong Health Center and Mr. Zhang Ping, Director of the Safety Production Supervision Office of Shangping Township Government, who provided strong professional and authoritative support for the training.
The training began with a vivid and practical first-aid knowledge session delivered by medical personnel from the Yandong Health Center. Through theoretical instruction and hands-on practice using mannequins, employees systematically mastered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the Heimlich maneuver, and emergency treatment for common injuries. Under the guidance of medical staff, participants repeatedly practiced chest compression rhythms and bandaging techniques, significantly improving their ability to provide life-saving assistance within the "golden four minutes."

Next, Director Zhang Ping of the Shangping Township Safety Office focused on the risks of working at heights, analyzing real-world accident cases to explain standard procedures, protective measures, and emergency responses for high-altitude operations. He emphasized, "New employees are a key focus in safety management. The three-level safety education must be strictly implemented to ensure training is internalized and operational standards are rigorously followed."
During the theoretical segment, company safety officer Xu Dong presented a series of safety education videos, including:
Accident Warning Record: Confined Space Operations
Case Analysis of Typical High-Altitude Work Accidents
Proper Wearing and Use of Full-Body Safety Harnesses
Safety Helmet Wearing Standards and Protective Principles
Operation and Emergency Use of Positive-Pressure Air Respirators
Real accident footage and shocking statistics deeply impacted the audience. Through visual teaching, employees gained a direct understanding of the severe consequences of rule violations, reinforcing the principle that "safety is never trivial—details determine life and death."

In the fire safety practical session, the training focused on the goal of "everyone can use, everyone passes," with special emphasis on new employees mastering dry powder fire extinguishers. After safety supervisors demonstrated the "Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep" (PASS) method, all new employees took turns performing independent fire extinguishing operations at simulated fire sources. Under the hot sun, water mist and dry powder rose together—each precise extinguishing act reinforcing safety skills and building confidence.

Immediately following, the company conducted a fire evacuation drill. As the alarm sounded, workshop employees responded promptly, crouching low, covering their mouths and noses, and evacuating in an orderly manner along designated escape routes to the emergency assembly point. The process was well-coordinated and efficient, effectively testing the feasibility of the emergency plan and the team's collaborative response.

At the conclusion of the training, General Manager Chen Rui Shi delivered closing remarks. He expressed sincere gratitude to the medical staff from the Yandong Health Center for their professional instruction and to the Shangping Township Government for its long-term guidance and support. Mr. Chen emphasized, "Safety is the bedrock of corporate survival and the cornerstone of employee well-being. We must maintain a vigilant, cautious mindset—like walking on thin ice—and remain consistent from beginning to end. Today’s training is not an end, but a new starting point for daily safety management."

He urged all departments to use this training as an opportunity to continue identifying and rectifying hazards, strengthening daily supervision, and enforcing job responsibilities, truly embedding the principle of "safety first" into every operation, every process, and every inch of space.
Perfume arises from meticulous craftsmanship; safety stems from careful attention. This comprehensive, immersive, and practical safety training was not only a skill upgrade but also a cultural baptism in safety awareness. Yong'an Lianhuashan Natural Fragrance Co., Ltd. will continue to uphold the philosophy of "safety as the foundation, fragrance spreading far and clear," ensuring every natural scent blossoms peacefully in a safe environment.
