Forging Defense through Coordination, Fueling Growth with Safety Support.

On August 23, to profoundly learn from the "August 21 underground personnel casualty incident at Datian Coal Mine" and comprehensively reinforce corporate responsibility for production safety, Comrade Zhang Bin, Party Secretary of Shangping Township, led a team to conduct a special safety inspection and guidance visit at our company. The inspection was accompanied throughout by Chen Ruguang, Deputy General Manager and Safety Director of the company, and Xu Dong, full-time safety officer.

The government and enterprise sides conducted in-depth coordination centered on two core issues: on-site safety hazard identification and resolution of the company's practical needs, adopting a "simultaneous inspection and rectification, joint assistance" mechanism to strengthen the solid defense of production safety.

The inspection team strictly reviewed the implementation of our company's on-site safety measures according to the latest requirements for safety production. Regarding fundamental aspects such as the proper wearing of safety helmets, standardized setting of safety signs, and compliance with equipment operation procedures, Secretary Zhang Bin emphasized: "In production safety, there are no bystanders or outsiders. Whether it is production operations within the workshop or daily inspections across the plant, standard operating procedures must be strictly followed. Particularly in critical areas such as high-altitude work protection and standardized operation of special equipment,侥幸 psychology must be abandoned, and the bottom line of safety must be firmly upheld."

During the inspection, both parties focused on technical suitability issues such as transformer capacity expansion and boiler technical renovation selection. In line with current national and local safety production regulations, they provided valuable suggestions and recommendations, clarifying the key directions and implementation paths for optimizing subsequent rectification plans. During the discussion, Secretary Zhang Bin pointed out: "Safety is the prerequisite and foundation for enterprise development. If enterprises encounter practical difficulties, they should report them promptly. Government departments must not only fulfill their safety supervision duties but also proactively move forward to provide development assistance." Additionally, he actively inquired about pain points and challenges encountered during business operations. Beyond the boiler rectification matter, he facilitated on-site coordination with local functional departments regarding our company’s request for optimization of the power supply bureau's electricity plan, clearly establishing a "one enterprise, one policy" approach to ensure efficient resolution of enterprise concerns.

Deputy General Manager Chen Ruguang expressed gratitude to Secretary Zhang Bin and his team for their inspection, guidance, and support. He committed that the company would take this special inspection as an opportunity to systematically review and compile a rectification checklist based on the feedback. Priority will be given to accelerating the finalization of the boiler technical renovation plan, while simultaneously improving foundational safety management tasks such as updating safety signage and revising operating procedures, ensuring that safety requirements are integrated throughout all production and operational processes.

This special inspection fully reflects the local government's routine supervision and precise guidance on enterprise safety production, while also providing clear direction for our company to further improve safety management standards.
