To continuously improve employees' professional competence, strengthen the foundation of production safety, and enhance standardized management, Yongan Lotus Mountain Natural Fragrance Co., Ltd. organized a themed training activity on "Skill Enhancement and Discipline Strengthening" on September 15, 2025. Led by the company's General Administration Department and jointly organized by the Production, Technology, and Safety & Environment Departments, the training was attended by all frontline staff and team leaders. Chen Ruguang, Deputy General Manager and Safety Director, delivered the opening address.
Centered on the four core objectives of "strengthening skills, upholding discipline, ensuring safety, and promoting development," the training adopted a blended approach combining theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and case analysis to comprehensively enhance employees' job proficiency and sense of responsibility.
In the skill enhancement segment, technical experts delivered systematic lectures on key control points in the fragrance production process—such as raw material blending, reaction temperature control, equipment operation standards, and product testing protocols. These were followed by on-site practical exercises to ensure every employee mastered their operational procedures. The training also emphasized the proper use of new technologies and equipment, encouraging employees to propose rational suggestions for innovation within the framework of standardized operations.
The work discipline and professional conduct module reiterated company regulations on attendance, labor discipline, and job responsibilities. Employees were clearly reminded to strictly adhere to all management rules, embodying the principle of "being fully responsible for every minute on duty." Through the analysis of typical violation cases, participants were warned against behaviors such as tardiness, unauthorized absences, and improper operations, reinforcing a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Additionally, the Safety & Environment Department reinforced the importance of production safety by reviewing recent industry-related accident cases. Employees studied the Job Safety Operation Procedures and emergency response plans, further solidifying a safety culture where "everyone speaks of safety, and every task emphasizes standards."
In his concluding remarks, Deputy General Manager Chen Ruguang emphasized: "Employees are our most valuable asset. Skills are the foundation of growth, and discipline is the guarantee of execution. This training is not only about improving capabilities, but also reshaping attitudes. I hope all employees take this opportunity to keep learning, strictly observe discipline, and pursue excellence, collectively building a highly competent team with strong technical skills, excellent conduct, and effective execution."
